Practices are well underway for Goshen City FC as they prepare for their home opener on April 11 at 7:30 pm at the Goshen College Soccer Complex. Currently, more than 30 players are training. They have playing experience at schools like Goshen College, Goshen High School, Elkhart High School, Bethel University, Grace College and Holy Cross College. They come from various international countries, such as Venezuela, Brazil, England, Mexico, El Salvador, Kenya, Germany, Honduras and Burundi. The team held an intrasquad scrimmage this past weekend at Foreman Field at Goshen High School, with Black beating Orange 4-2.
